This page covers the OpenRecords website and its waitlist. OpenRecords is in early access / preview.
What we collect
- The email address you enter in the waitlist form.
- The time you signed up and your browser's user-agent string.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, used only to limit repeated signups. We do not store the IP address itself.
How we use it
Only to contact you about OpenRecords early access. We don't sell or share your email, and we don't add it to third-party mailing tools. The site does not send automated email.
Where it's kept
On our own server, in a database that is not reachable from the web.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs.
Removal
Any early-access message we send will explain how to have your email removed from the waitlist.
Property records
The sample records on this site are synthetic, with owner and address details masked. This website doesn't publish real owner names or addresses.
